Prior to the start of the 3MTT programme’s second phase, the recently hired community managers have started their orientation training in Abuja.
The responsibility of arranging community members’ activities for fellows falls on the 3MTT Community Managers. A cluster of learners with complete access to organized information and a support system of other learners is known as the 3MTT Learning Community.
In keeping with President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s pledge to create an environment that will allow Nigeria’s youth to thrive in the digital age, the Honorable Minister of Communications, Innovation, and Digital Economy, Dr. Bosun Tijani, along with Director General of NITDA, Kashifu Inuwa Abdullahi, met with Community Managers of the 3 Million Technical Talent 3MTT Initiative, drawn from 36 States of the Federation and the FCT, for an orientation program at Fraiser Suites, Abuja.
The goal of the 3MTT initiative, a vital component of the Renewed Hope Agenda, is to establish Nigeria as a net talent exporter by strengthening the country’s technical talent base, which will drive our digital economy.
The engagement was electrifying, to say the least. The federal government’s ambition for developing talent and fostering inclusive growth captivated the managers.
