The program, which is run in partnership with the Blavatnik School of Government at the University of Oxford, provides an intensive, top-notch executive education experience taught by some of the top public policy scholars and professionals in the world.
The goal of the program is to ensure that a variety of new abilities are mastered as soon as feasible by these senior public leaders and those who will be entering senior leadership roles in the public sector over the following three to seven years. Participants have a once-in-a-lifetime chance to create the conceptual frameworks and useful tools they need to tackle the problems of the complicated and quickly changing world of today.
Participants are engaged through group work, simulations, practical exercises, and classroom discussions in this rigorous and challenging program. The program’s objective is to give participants the tools they need to create innovative, efficient, and honest cultures inside the public institutions they oversee as well as the larger public sector.
